WORK PROFILE

  1. Receipt of Raw Material-

Company receives raw material from their different suppliers. Upon arrival of the vehicle with raw material, the security personnel checks the delivery documents and ensures that consignment is meant for the plant. After confirmation, the documents related to the consignment shall be sent to warehouse office.

  1. In coming inspection-

In this process Company review the packing slips and verifying that the correct item and quantity are received.

  1. Receive order from Customer-

Company receives order from customer according to their need. Company develop the ability to select and offer the right products to customers in a competitive market.

  1. Finalisation of Products-

Company finalize the products with customer at a good price and deal with finalized and order to be placed. Company on the basis of trust and commitment, provide evidence to customers of their accomplishments of delivery of products.

  1. Final Inspection –

After finalising the product, Company inspect the final product before delivering to the Customer in order to guarantee the required level of quality and satisfaction to the customer.

  1. Billing Invoice-

Company make Bill invoice as per the requirement and need of the product of the Customer. And the copy of the bill is sent to the customer. After receiving the copy of bill, customer signed the same and delivered to the Company.

  1. Clearance for packing

In this process after selection of raw material by the customer, the raw material sent for the packing and ready to dispatch.

  1. Payment(as trim condition)

Customer opt different types of payment method for make payment.

  1. Cash payment
  2. Credit cycle i.e. (post-dated cheque)

Company received payment from customer and maintain good and healthy relations with the customer.

  1. Dispatch/ delivery of products

Company delivers the products to customer after confirmation of order. Product load from the Company and deliver to the customer. Company ensures the product should be unload from the vehicle carefully and handle to the customer.
